Warranty Policy.

Comprehensive hardware and commercial ecosystem protection for Apollo Vision Tech IFPs, Kiosks, Video Walls, and Digital Signage.

Last Updated: April 2026

Apollo Vision Tech is committed to engineering the ultimate display ecosystem in the USA. This policy outlines the ultra-premium protection plan provided for our commercial hardware installations.

01. General Terms & Conditions

All Apollo Vision Tech products, including Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Self-Service Kiosks, Video Walls, and Micro-LED architectures, come with a standard 3-Year Commercial Hardware Warranty from the date of delivery, unless an extended enterprise SLA has been explicitly purchased.

Warranties are valid only for the original enterprise purchaser and are non-transferable. To validate a claim, the official Apollo Vision Tech invoice and intact serial/MAC identifiers on the physical unit are mandatory.

02. Hardware Coverage

Our warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use environments.

  • Display Panels: LCD/LED matrices, backlights, and zero-bonding touch glass sensors.
  • Internal Hardware: Built-in Android/Windows OPS modules, motherboards, power supply units (PSU), and physical I/O ports.
  • Kiosk Enclosures: Thermal management systems (fans) and internal touch interfaces within our self-service hubs.
  • Firmware & Software: Free lifetime Over-The-Air (OTA) updates for Apollo OS and native interactive software suites.

03. Policy Exclusions

Apollo Vision Tech engineering ensures military-grade durability; however, the warranty is considered VOID under the following circumstances:

  • Physical & Accidental Damage: Shattered glass, severe casing dents, or panel destruction caused by improper VESA mounting, dropping, or vandalism (excluding impact-rated outdoor kiosks).
  • Image Retention (Burn-in): Static image burn-in resulting from displaying fixed content continuously for over 24 hours without utilizing built-in pixel-shifting or screen saver technologies.
  • Environmental Damage: Exposure to extreme moisture, direct rain (on non-IP65 rated indoor units), improper ventilation causing overheating, or electrical surges not mitigated by standard UPS systems.
  • Unauthorized Access: Modifications to the internal hardware, unauthorized OPS module installations, or repairs attempted by uncertified technicians.

04. Claim Process (RMA)

For enterprise continuity, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is streamlined for rapid deployment:

  1. Submit a ticket via the Apollo Enterprise Support Portal with the display's Serial Number, detailed fault description, and photographic/video evidence.
  2. Our L2 Support Engineers will conduct remote diagnostics via the Apollo Device Management (ADM) system.
  3. If a hardware fault is confirmed, an RMA number will be issued along with dispatch instructions for parts or whole-unit replacement.

05. Service SLAs & Turnaround Time

We understand that display downtime affects your bottom line. Under standard warranty terms, replacement parts or units are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of RMA approval.

For enterprise clients enrolled in the Apollo VIP Care Plan, we guarantee Next Business Day (NBD) advanced replacement and on-site technician dispatch within the continental United States.

06. Dead Pixel Policy

Apollo Vision Tech utilizes A+ Grade commercial panels. A display is only eligible for a warranty replacement if it exhibits more than three (3) bright sub-pixels, five (5) dark sub-pixels, or a total of five (5) combined anomalies clustered within a 1-inch radius during the warranty period.
